As our Employer Brand Specialist, you will work with our global clients, turning ideas into impact and cultures into words. You will create holistic Employer Brand strategies and messaging, and work on organic and paid social media content for blogs and articles.

job Description

This is a hybrid role (Remote/client sites).

- Interview employees and management, lead focus groups to build employer brand strategies and messaging for our clients worldwide. 
- Work alongside clients to bring their employer brand strategy to life - help execute campaigns, events, candidate-first journeys, etc. 
- Write compelling stories, in English or Hebrew, for various online channels, transforming research and culture into relatable content.
- Strategize and research, identify the latest workforce trends, and ensure strategy and messaging are optimized for different platforms and audiences to maximize impact.
- Onboarding new clients and supporting client management.

Requirements

- Native English speaker - a plus;
- 2+ years of experience in Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing, or Talent Brand.
- Proven hands-on experience with building Employer Brand strategies.
- Strong storytelling skills with the proven ability to craft engaging narratives.
